Although the opening song is quite good, I was disappointed with the opening video. Thankfully, the ending song and video was just awesome. The song is “Trust You” by Yuna Itou. Check the lyrics below:

I do like the new song and I hope it will be given justice by a new and cool opening video (the one shown above is not the official one). This will be the second opening song for the current season and the third for the series.

Seems like it won’t be a Gundam show without a super-weapon of mass destruction. Anyway, this weapon used by the A-LAWS is called Memento Mori, which is Latin for “Don’t mess with the Federation.”

Gundam 00 / Season 2 / Episode 9

To ease the the burden of fansubbers, this episode of Gundam 00 showed some texts already in English. The texts were shown on a computer screen while Andrei was googling about Louise. Not surprisingly, the Engrish, I mean English texts are amusing. Click to see the larger image and read.

Some text taken from the computer(which looks like an ATM machine):

“Earth Sphere Federation Data Bace“

“The relating data was displayed”

“For the revival” (Louise risen from the dead?)

“Explanation of treatment to sickness and trouble“

“It is likely to become unstable mentally when shocking”

Anyway, the “data bace” showed detailed info about Louise. Did you know that she was born on All Saints Day? Maybe Saji was born on Halloween.

While in outer space, Ptolemy received a message (through optical/light transmission) from an A-LAWS mobile suit. The message turned out to be for Sumeragi from Kati. It was unexplained though how Kati was able to send the message through a mobile suit while on Earth. There are a lot of possibilities.

Speaking of computer screenshots, here’s a screenshot I took from a Vista laptop recently.

6 hours?! And to think it started a while ago already. If only there’s Nero in this laptop. I’m digressing.
